Contents of Quality Control
Colors
Color variations happens when materials coming from different suppliers and from different production batches. Monitoring colors is an important part of quality control.
Dimensions
The dimensions include adjustment ranges of collars and harnesses, widths, thicknesses of webbing, sizes of materials etc. All the detailed are inspected during the processes of productions.
Hardware & Finishing
Hooks, D-rings, O-rings, sliders and other parts are normally coated with various finishing, we check the treatment defects, weights, sizes. The spray & salt tests and strength pull tests are carried out.
Positions
Logos, labels are always on harnesses, collars and leashes. As an important element, we pay much attention to make sure they are placed on the right positions, right places in correct directions, angles.
Stitching
A lot of stitching and sewing works are done on leads, collars and harnesses, the quality of stitching impact the quality of product. Colors of stitching lines, stitching distances, details are inspected carefully in manufacturing.
Packaging
Our QC team inspect colors, texts, numbers and specification data’s on all the packaging materials: printed cards, color labels, barcode stickers, instruction manuals, color boxes etc. Assembly methods, pieces per inner bags and cartons, shipping marks are all monitored.

Tensile Strength Test
Each new style of dog collar, leash and harness will go through the tensile strength test to ensure the product meets tensile requirements to the corresponding dog sizes.
Salt & Spray Test
All hardware’s we use must pass salt spray tests so that the hardware will not get rust aer in extreme climates and environments.
